Please be advised that in New Jersey most felony records are stored at this level, but most misdemeanor records are not. What many services don't know or don't tell you is that there are multiple misdemeanor courts in each county, sometimes even multiple misdemeanor courts that cover the same city. We can not check every misdemeanor court for a reasonable cost. Therefore, BackgroundFerret.com does not currently offer a misdemeanor search in New Jersey.

Information returned for county-level criminal searches varies by county, but generally includes the defendant’s name, date-of-birth, case number, file date, offense charged, offense level (felony or misdemeanor), disposition date, disposition, and sentencing information.
